Depending on floors
Whether the unit faces directly into the office rooms on the adjacent buildings, is very much dependent on which floors the units are on. Hence, only units that clears the adjacent buildings by at least a floor or two, makes sense. When it does, this is a magnificent jewel that not many tenants/investors are aware of. As for smoke from neighbors, this really boils down to the luck of the draw. Who is to say that another unit in another project will not have smokers as one's neighbors. -

Just don't do it
Building itself and management are outstanding. However, there are noisy unit with loud neighbors (one of them is in a guitar band and units on top are heavy smokers). And no matter what the agent says, there is no privacy - the office building all the rooms face work long hours and can see directly into the rooms. -

Entrance to this condo is through a short minor road which gives this condo more privacy from outside -

Along Martin Road @ D9 within walking distance to Somerset MRT and Clark Quay MRT - Freehold Project less than 5 years after TOP - Spacious and squarish layout with modern design. - High quality finishing - Unblock view (Singapore Flyer, MBS, City Hall, Orchard Central) - Windy and breezy - Convenience located between Orchard belt and Somerset MRT station - Adjacent to Robertson Quay and Mohd Sultan Road (lot of restaurants and chill out area) - Near Future Great World City MRT - Convenience - Nearest to Good school within 1KM - Comfortable and clean within the project compound -

Excellent Investment
Superb location. Very near Robertson Quay/Clark Quay with a great variety of restaurants or chill out area. It is also conveniently located near Somerset/Orchard area. Somerset MRT is within 15 minutes walking distance. The condo outlook & interior furnishings/fittings are modern and of good quality. The condo are well maintained. There is a lap pool, 2 gym rooms fully equipped, 3 BBQ pits and a spacious function room. -

Superb Location and Living Space
There have not been any reviews of this property for almost 3 years, and I notice some were written before it was even occupied, which hardly seems fair! I moved here with my family a year ago and we love the location for all the local amenities. The cafes and bars around Robertson Quay are plentiful and very good quality. The grocery shops and other necessities are all within a short walk. There will soon be 2 MRT stations within about 5 minutes walk, Liang Court and Great World City. But for now, we are well served with public transport and the other MRT stations nearby are about 10-15 minutes walk away(Somerset and Clarke Quay). The condo itself is modern and quite spacious for Singapore, with high ceilings and good quality fixtures and fittings. There are marble tiles in the living areas, and wooden floors in the bedrooms. The swimming pool is great for laps, with a good childrens' area. The sun shines down the pool until about 1 pm, and then it is nicely shaded. There is a 2-room gym which is small but well equipped. The sauna and steam room are also nicely maintained. We've used the function room for our daughters' birthday party, and there are 3 BBQ pits for common use in the garden area. The whole place is clean and well looked after, and we feel it is safe for our children to play. We are very happy to have moved here, and would recommend it for families who wish to live in a central location. -

Good deal for FH city living
After new measures announced post 14 Jan, I would expect some revision and correction in prices as i like the newness of this project so near my work place. It is a peaceful and quiet environment yet near enough to head out for my city living shopping, dining and clubbing at Clarke Quay This place is actually not bad but I am waiting to see if price corrects somewhat before viewing to buy. -

Surprisingly nice place to live
Recently moved into The Inspira with my small family, units are clean, modern and airy, with a high ceiling. Location is great , lots of entertainment in the area, facilities are good and well maintained , but no tennis court, although I am told would be difficult to find a new condo in this area with a court. Overall positive so far -

It's not all bad!
This is a modern, new build condo, which is very close to the bohemian facilities of the Robertson Quay. Admittedly, the surrounding buildings are not so pretty, but as locations go, it's really central. And if you like to walk / run the canal is so close. Inside, the apartments are really well finished, with kitchens designed for people who cook (a rare find in Singapore!). The bathrooms are a good size too. Whilst the pool doesn't get the sun, the balconies at the front certainly do and they're surprisingly large for a city-centre condo. I think this condo ticks plenty of boxes, depending on what you're looking for. Don't knock it till you try it! We're very excited to live here. -

any afternoon sun please?
Inspira is a disappointing project: Starting with the name of the street "Arnasalam Chetty" it is already difficult for ppls staying there telling their visitors how to get there. Also, the entrance is shared by 2 other commercial building, giving it a 'congested' feeling re access to the premises. What disturbed me the most is actually the facility area: Right between the block itself and the adjacent school on the other side, you will find the lap pool. While nice, it is so narrow between these 2 buildings that there is hardly/no afternoon sun shining onto the pool. Good luck swimming. Also a strange design actually separates the 2 fitness/work-out areas. So e.g. after working on the weights and intending to go for a run on the threadmill, you need to exit one gym and enter the other. However, there is also a bright side: Finishes are okay, but what hit my eyes the most is actually the high ceiling. Inside the unit you get a spacious feeling. -
