A Truly Resort Living
A truly resort living…that was the first thought that came to my mind when I saw this boutique development. I have seen many cluster developments before deciding to settle down with this serene and yet resort style development. Unlike other developments, The Gardens at Gerald is exclusive and has a great balance between the greeneries and buildings. Image yourself returning home from work and relaxing in either your own open terrace or near the pool watching sunset and listening to birds chipping away. The feeling is just like a daily getaway from the noisy city and into the world of relaxation. For easy layout of furnishing, this development comes with regular floor space on all floors, i.e. from the basement to the open roof terrace. The living area is rather unique as the architect has carefully planned it into a double volume living space. Apart from this, the floor to ceiling in the living is approximately 7 meters apart and thus, not a single minute will you ever have the compressed feeling. Tranquil Resort Living
Tranquil Resort Living. Great landscape awaits you in this development. It is a boutique development with only 25 households, whom mostly are with young children. Each house has got 2 private parking lots located right at the doorstep. It has got a lap pool, a wading pool, a reflection pond & a gym. Located along Gerald Drive, it has a playground right across the road which children can build sandcastle & cycle. It has got a park connector which connects you to the Anchorvale Community Club and it will be extended to Punggol 17th Avenue. You can take a walk with your family, jog or cycle and watch the birds as you move along the park connector. It is near to popular schools like Rosyth Primary (1.1km) and it also near the Aerospace Park (2.8km) which when completed will have 10,000 people working. Of course, not forgetting about the famous Roti Prata @ Jalan Kayu (2km). For grocery shopping, the Hougang Festival Mall (1km) where you will have NTUC Xtra. and a wet market @ Serangoon North Avenue 1 (3km). It is also near the French School, and we have 3 neighbors whom are French too. There is an upcoming development, Greenwich which will be a rendition of the Holland Village. A fantastic place for young families with children! -
