  Convenient and accessible

  Great place to stay as it is super accessible. Small development but overall well maintained. Compared to other condos nearby, layout is much better and price is more affordable for freehold. Upcoming mrt and Katong i12 will make this place even more accessible and convenient. Also close to alot of good food

  Over asking

  Went to see the development last year, quite like the unit but not the facilities and layout. The carpark is a one way flow concept and very narrow. Worst is not enough carpark lots and not to say visitors. The last done unit @ 1.6 mil is overvalued, good luck to this buyer, he/she is not aware that his neighbour directly upstair bought at 1.29 mil just a few months back and slight bigger unit. That is the problem when new buyers come into the market and overly paid it. Currently, 1.8 mil asking posting will be here for the longest time unless another Robert comes along.
