Lived here, you shouldn't. Drain flies infestation due to septic tank, water seepage and drainage problems throughout the condo. Unknown water loss problems, planters don't water well, noisy supercars, nosy neighbours gossiping on each other via the internal condo app. It's endless. Did I mention the odd shaped unuseable rooms? The only saving grace is if you like facing the greenery and landed homes. Dreadful.
Is great location and only less than 10 minutes to orchard area. And other shopping mall nearby. Is almost a centre of location access to more central area. Also good feng shui.

Since Crescent Girls Schools is just within the area, expect some noise from that school especially during morning assembly, recess as well as dismissal times.
