  you get so many amenities when you stay at The Courtyard. nearby are clinics, eateries, bus stop, MRT at Kovan (500m), post office, petrol kiosk and so much more.

  Not in prime condition

  Because the development is quite old, the units aren't in their best condition and need some replacements. There were issues with the water pipes and flooring which needed fixing.

  Well-maintained but needs a fresh look

  Amenities are quite well-maintained, but some parts of the buildings could use a fresh coat of paint and some touch-ups for better aesthetics, safety, and functionality

  En bloc deals not always profitable

  En bloc deals are not favourable to owners when they buy it at high price like the case of Gillman Heights saga where owners had to downgrade due to low en bloc prices so be aware of its prices.
