  Well maintained and good gym at The Citrine

  The place is well maintained and recently undergoing painting and upgrade of carpark. The neighbours are friendly. The environment is quiet and yet close to good food, malls, Novena and Tia Payoh Mrt station. Nearby are also good schools such as Sji, HCI, CHIJ, ACS etc. close to city but not having the price tag of city. There is a full

  Good layout and location

  The size and layout of the units are really good compared to modern condos. Facilities are little but the gym is well equipped. Lack of MRT connection but have bus stop along PIE and Thomson road

  good location

  those who say that the noise pollution is the problem bad for people who buy early but those who buy a unit here recently will see that the condos the arte,raja 8 or vista residence are already completed.but the faclities are little and there are many competition around the area

  The Citrine

  Rent for my son study in Singapore, so far 1 year. Do not enjoy to visit. Worry about cheap Value hotel opposite making deliveries at night. Hotel only 1 entrance opp citrine and many buses taking tourists to casino. Also lot of rough mens ( workers?) and womens hang aroung on friday and saturday nights.

  Priced reasonably

  With the nearby Arte completed and CDL's interest in the area, couple that FEO's Vista, the valuation of this place is seemingly reasonable. Units should be priced between SGD1000 - 1100psf. Possibility of gains from more developments around the area.

  Citrine review

  Very noisy construction of the VISTA by Far East Org directly next door and another construction of RAJA 8 (directly facing Citrine) to start soon , therefore noise pollution of all units extremely bad for many years to come. Constant mosquito and rat problems even at the high floors due to poor neighbourhood area and poor management. The Citrine fails to compare to neighbour projects such as the ARTE and the VISTA, all of which have fabulous modern condo facilities.
