Beautiful Environment and Convenient Location
Great condo with full facilities, jacuzzi and children's pools, a koi pond with pavilions, reading room, tennis courts etc Close proximity to MRT station, elite schools and eateries. Great for students and families with kids. -

Nice condo with full-sized facilities
Located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to KAP MRT. The facilities are great, especially if you are into sports (large swimming pool and two tennis courts). Perfect for families with kids. -

Cons 1. Water seepage from outside is a big issue, room wall and floor gets wet when raining. Mold and fungus buildup on the ceiling and walls from the infrastructure and environment is extremely bad, attached photos. 2. Rubbish chute is in the kitchen, you do get smell from morning chute cleaning and fumigation, after fumigation, there are cockroaches. Kitchen where one prepares food, is not the best place to have a chute. 3. Neighbours are heavy smokers hence can't dry clothes at the planter else clothes smell really bad, also can't leave balcony doors open even on cooler days. 4. Prestige condo with lots of greenery, natural
We like this condo the moment we reached the guard house. Waterfall near entrance. Most units are bright and windy. Lots of natural light and the facade looks clean and well maintained.The many penthouses with open to sky rooftop is the perfect place for a lazy afternoon or stars glazing nights. Great outdoor for kids and gardening.There is a large pool, kids pool and jacuzzi pool for kids and sun tanning. Beautiful koi fish ponds among 3 cosy pavilions to just sit and read a book or you can get some packets of fish food from guard house to feed the fishes. A quiet reading room, pool view gym room at level 2, tennis court, basketball court, kids playground and bbq pits among the greenery.Great kids friendly resort accessible to transport & eatery with elite schools nearby. -
