Good location, convenient, beautiful
big pool in a small beautiful condo. Quiet and peaceful, located just beside a PCN that lead to Katong Shopping Centre. The condo is 5min walk to Kinex, Hawker, market, CC and several supermarket, 10min walk to Paya Lebar MRT. -

Peace and Quiet -nice pond
Like the pond in the area with Koi. The place is also quiet being located in a landed district. Transport wise it is 8 mins walk to Paya Lebar MRT, and there are also direct bus routes to the Raffles Place area for work -

Lousy Windows Design, strict management
I agree with Mr Peng's reviews too. Previously had seen a few units and realised that the biggest portion of the windows cannot be opened at all. made worse by the only pathetic window that can be opened in any bedroom in the bottom-up design. this window-design can block all wind coming in even on a windy day which was witnessed by us on a windy night when we visited one of the units. moreover, understood that the management is very strict about installing grills at balcony, grills can only be installed before the balcony. this is as good as not having the balcony in this case. if grills is not installed, it can pose a very dangerous issue for family with small kids. otherwise, the environment for this development is very serene and nice, a loud contrast with the points mentioned above. -

Window is an issue
Windows there is an issue. It can only be opened bottom-up, leaving only a small opening at both sides, which blocks all the wind from entering the house. Furthermore, a large part of the window area (center portion) can't be opened at all, leaving only a small opening for wind to get into the house. The condo management/residents should consider replacing all the windows where it can be opened fully and remove the center panel of glass to make it into a "real" window that can be opened. -

Plus Points - - Resort feel environment - Peaceful and quiet, away from the crowd with 52 units only - Good structured layout for the 3 bedders - Sizeable area for residents to walk around the development - Accessibilty to ECP and PIE by car Minus Points - - Very close HDB facing with limited privacy - Congested entrance due to traffic junction outside the development - Proximity to Joo Chiat Nightclubs and bars so lots of undesirable characters walking nearby at night which is not too conducive for females - Quite a distance to walk to main road -
