Previous tenant at The Arte
We rented a 3br unit, 1500+sqft, for 2 years. The unit's balcony takes up too much space and hence, the liveable space is very cramped. Kitchen has no natural ventilation and one of the bedrooms, is devoid of natural light as it faces inwards. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience staying there. At least for the 3br sized unit that we stayed in -

Better for Students
Many foreigners like in tanjong pagar and alot of students. Clubhouse is old. Spacious compound. Common toilets arent great. Kids pool but no slides amd play. Wide lap pool. -

Dangerous open hallways, management does not
Extremely dangerous. Management does not care about safety of residents. They need to install barriers to block the rain as hallways and pathways to each apartment keep getting wet and slippery as soon as it rains. They refuse to install any plastic or proper safety precautions to block the rainwater, especially for higher floors where you can easily fall out of the balcony! If you try to ask them they just say that they have hired someone to mop the floor at the end of the day, but that does absolutely nothing for the situation since rain happens again and again. I have included pictures of the dangerous situation since management likes to pretend nothing is wrong. You cannot avoid walking on these dangerous paths since that’s the only way to get to the entrance of each apartment :( -

Trying hard for investments
Far from Mrt n inaccessible. Owners trying hard to price Balestier location at a premium. Interiors are run down with substandard cleaning. Rubbish is left for days. Maintainence is bad. Clubhouse is old and lacking basics. Everywhere is wet when it rains...walkways out side units and ground floor areas are not spared from rain.terribly dangerous. No car can forget considering. -

The management is appalling at this condo
Lived at this condo for 5 years. It’s a beautiful with loads of garden space, playgrounds, a big pool (albeit because of not being nestled in the ground it tends to be cold but you get used to it). The gym is very well equipped. There are some flaws in the interiors but that’s with any place. A very homely space. The biggest problem and a significant one is the management - they are more than rubbish. They expect everyone to be understanding but are never proactive or helpful. You could be stuck downstairs because on the off chance you forgot your key card - god forbid you make that mistake - ou’s find it rough getting upstairs. Half the time the elevator and intercom don’t work efficiently so you miss deliveries - when you request them to keep an urgent delivery (not all the deliveries that would not be fair to them) they don’t help. They have zero communication between the guards and their office- I was calling both to coordinate something and one kept asking me to call the other. The elevator 2 out of 3 on my floor weren’t working for 6 days - it took 2 complaints for them to get there act together. The pool - well finally the residents decide to chew the management’s brain and they started cleaning it regularly. It is sad that the condo can be super if only there was a considerate management. If they had better communication. If the people looking after this building are reading this I would really encourage you to get a concierge who can help with resident issues such as keeping packages, helping with people stuck downstairs etc. -

Noisy.. super dusty
Units facing highway noisy.. units not facing highway will face the guardhouse noisy... Not a good place to stay in. Noise is unbearable even at the high floors. -

Value unraveling every day
With the Thomson east coast line, this site will be a short walking distance to mt pleasant mrt station.Bales tier/Thomson junction area has been transformed with the completion of Zhongshan park plus many of the en bloc and redevelopment of few residential sites in this area. Good investment value unravelling everyday. -
