  Very poor management

  The management is seriously neglecting this place. Public areas are never cleaned. Intercom doesn't work and it has never been repaired. The gym has old dirty equipment. The elevator mirror was broken

  The Armadale

  Location: The Gilstead location is good as it is very close to the mrt. Going to Orchard road only takes a few minutes. Being in a quiet environment, one can enjoy the peace and quiet even in the city center, It has major shopping malls and food center nearby. Landscape: The landscaping is nicely decorated with tress and plant with a small pool. Car Park: Even though it is a small development, it has plentiful underground car park with lift so you would not get wet even during a rainy days. Rental Values: Rental values are high when comparing yields per sq feet.
