former Euro-Asia
iirc after 4 en bloc attempts the Euro-Asia apartments that used to be here was finally bought in enbloc sale by developer KSH and is going to become The Arcady at Boon Keng that TOP in 2028. interesting cos Euro-Asia wasn't that "old", it was built in 1990 and that's still younger than me. but KSH is really transforming it into a beautiful block of apartments that will really add to the charm of the neighbourhood

green dev with a diff
seems like many condo developers are designing their projs with biophillic components nowadays, and The Arcady at Boon Keng also follows suit. personally feel it's less "try-hard" as the site is already near to park connector and existing green spaces, so just building upon it. green is not forced but an extension of the existing environment. look forward

Great amenities, but pricey with limited spac
Pros: Two hawker centres in the vicinity, fireworks view from higher units during special occasions, co-working deck, sauna, infinity pool, prestigious schools nearby
Cons: Small unit for high price, high monthly maintainance fees for amenities that you don't even use, insufficient living and storage space for larger families

Unbeatable convenience, though thin walls imp
Pros:
Super convenient- few min walk to Boon Keng MRT, 2 stops to Serangoon, 3 stops to Dhoby Ghaut.
Well-connected to major highways.
Freehold tenure - don't have to worry about selling your house after 99 years lease.
Healthcare amenities nearby - few min to dental,medical clinic, and even a polyclinic.
Cons: Walls are thin, little privacy and noise insulation between neighbours. Overall, there are more pros than cons. It's a development not to be missed.
