  A hidden gem near Paya Lebar MRT

  First saw Amarelle while standing at Grandlink Square and was wondering what development this is. The facade of the building is beautiful, feels peaceful and tranquil with the use of shades of brown and greenery. Upon viewing the units, found that they are functional and spacious with enclosed kitchen and storeroom, unlike newer developments I've seen. Pool is well maintain and quite generous considering its a small development with only 2 blocks. Only thing is that the Gym is little small. Its well connected to amenities and transport network. OneKM Mall (5 min walk), Paya Lebar Square (6 min), circle (orange) line and east-west (green) line are about 500m away from the side gate (about 5 - 6 min walk for me). A few stations to reach downtown CBD area. Plenty of food from nearby eateries in malls, Haig street market, shophouses in Geylang, Katong, Joo chiat area. Cosy and exclusive, a real hidden gem near Paya Lebar MRT, excellent place for living.
