my humble abode
my humble abode at Teresa Ville is a haven of privacy with lush greens and is quiet with big area. We go for long walks around the condo, watching my kids splash in the pool. sometimes we bbq with friends over or book the clubhouse for kids bday parties. old but well-maintained and my happy place -

great access to cbd and more
Teresa Ville provides great access to cbd where i work, and also bus to Tiong Bahru and HarbourFront area. walk to the nature is easy too although the henderson waves side got abit of construction due to landslide. if i feel like it, can even walk to Vivo (about 30min) -

I believe Teresa Ville is an underrated and often overlooked gem in the condo market. It offers incredible value for money considering its location, amenities, and overall design. Freehold, old but gold in SG
Teresa Ville is a really nice freehold property that I enjoy living in. I love the peacefulness and tranquility in this condo. Commute is a breeze, with the AYE, MCE/ECP minutes away. It’s right in the heart of 3 train stations, Tiong Bahru, HarbourFront and the upcoming Keppel station. With various buses heading to the CBD, Chinatown and Orchard, convenience is a given. Neighbours are nice and the units are far away, enough, to maintain your privacy. It is an under-rated estate with great potential to build your dream home. -

Great place to stay!
Large comfortable rooms and living area that can be further extended to the balcony. The 4 bedder has 3 bedrooms with 2 attached toilets and total 4 toilets. Windy and unblocked. The garden is lovely! -

Very generous size lifts and units. The 2 bed room unit is about 1400 sf. Most units have unblock views of the surrounding and city. Neighbourhood amenities are within reach with nearby Telok Blanagh and Tiong Bahru -

Think Carefully B4 purchasing
The unit here is very spacious and big. If you compare to other new freehold cond, you cannot find such a big area. However, there are many things to consider if you are buying this place to stay: First, there are very limited cover car park lots, Secondly, there are alot of foreign students living in 1 unit and at times, they do cause a disturbances in the night. Thirdly, trash bags are found everywhere under each block despite the varioous coloured bins provided. Fourthly, the residents send "threatening letters" to other residents by slipping them under their door. Imagine that your privacy is invaded and people are stalking you in your own cond! Fifthly; there are alot of retiress and many nosey "mature" people who likes to tell you off like they own this place! And lastly, the management is inefficient and incompetent! If you are a young couple, or looking to buy a place to stay, just have to take note that the mature residents here dun really like young people. And if you can put up with the above, then this place is for you. But if you want to buy this place to rent, its a value for money! -

Fair Sights
A calling of $2.6 m Teresa Ville unit rental is only $5000 / mth, many units in District 12 of $1.5 m are already rented for $5000 and more, where is the catch ? moreover, 1.15 km away from the nearest MRT is nothing near to convenience, District 12 hv many units of 5-8 minutes walk distance to MRT station, one stop to Newton and two stops to Orchard. Teresa Ville is too old, too pricey and too inconvenience. -
