  Too pricey

  I think the prices are over the top now. The houses here are pretty old and needs major reno or A and A. Prices in this area went approx 1 mil in bad times. So unless it is below $1.4 mil, it is not a good buy considering so much $$ needs to be poured into reno or A and A

  Too high now to buy

  I think the prices are too high now. The highest so far is 1.65 mio but that was a unit that is relatively well renovated. The price of the houses here went as low as close to $1 mio during the bad times. The houses are approx 20 years and most of them need major renovation.

  Ok to buy

  I have done some research into this area and physically seen a number. This place has gone close to $1 mil in bad times and as high as 1.65 recently. Most units need renovation and the distance between units is short. Where the distance is reasonable eg Tai Hwan crescent, it is near the main road. Also it is a bit near to the Dorm. My opinion is to cost in the renovation before one considers buying as this place is approx 20 years.
