very noisy
You hear everything happening in the corridor-even when someone sneeze. Neighbours constantly drilling, hammering. disgusting smell from drain. Not a single grocery store in 10 min walk. No Intercom. -

One of the few condo that is a mixed residential and commercial development in downtown area and still comes with a tennis court. Colourful neigbourhood that comprises of a famous temple, Sim Lim Square and arts schools -

City
Location is amazing... i rent a unit here and it's just great. No fuss condo. Simple but cant beat the location i think. DhobyGhaut / Bugis / BrasBasah MRT within 5 minutes walking distance! Tennis court is rare i think in orchard. -

Raffles city lover
Moved here couple of months ago renting a 2bdr for 4k and i love it! As a young professional, i simply cannot imagine a more convenient place. Bugis / Chijmes and raffles city on my left, Dhoby Ghaut and Plaza Sing on my right! Condo looks a little like an office but once inside my friends are always stunned by the size of the pool and to discover the tennis court (next to the parking in fact).... Just a great place to live! -

Lousy Condo
- Bad condo management- poor maintenance- overpriced as you can get a FH/999 in D9 at the same price- buyers looking to buy this condo should open your eyes and look at the surrounding FH/999 condo gems that are still available- very low catalyst to stimulate growth- as a seasoned investor, i would not advise anyone to buy -

Best Location, Best Amenities and Great Value
The location of this Condo is simply marvellous!!Transportation is Great. MRT stations at every corner. 3 - 7 min walk (Dhoby Ghaut, Bugis, Bras Basah, Little India, Museum Station, City Hall).There is something for everyone (all within 3 minutes walk, not kidding).:SuperMarkets and Grocery StallShopping MallsCinemasPubs, Restaurants, Cafes (24hrs)National LibraryMuseumArt and Cultural CentreDry Cleaning (Laundry) on the ground floor.In terms of location and amenities. This is definitely the best place. Thanks to the agent that recommended me Sunshine Plaza. -

best kept secret in the area
Sunshine Plaza has got to be one of the best kept secrets in the area !! For those who want to live in the heart of the city, with easy access to several MRT lines/buses/taxis, walk to museums/schools, shopping (Plaza Singapura and Bugis Junction), and lots of food options, this really is the place to consider.The downstairs shops esp the eateries/restaurants are really convenient, especially on rainy days or days when you just don't feel like cooking. 24 hour places like the Kopi Tiam, Hanis and the mamak stall are added pluses for me. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the National Library.Lots of groceries places around from Cold Storage across the road, a 24-hour NTUC express, Sheng Siong, Carrefour, etcThe pool is one of the largest in the area too. A good sized 25m which is underused. I love living here. Forget the pricier condos in District 9, which is just across the road - you get more bang for your buck at Sunshine Plaza.. plus more space and a better pool too :) -

Art District & City living at its best!
The location is just the best for the ones enjoying city life.I was at the Singapore Night festival few weeks ago...Massive event, great variety of performances, full of creativity and all of this happened few streets away from Sunshine Plaza !Around 1am, I simply walked back to my flat from the National Museum after visiting the exhibition "Cai Guo – Qiang: Head On"!! Awesome.Food is everywhere, cold storage across the street, nice restaurant on Prinsep street to unwind, cool pool, small gym and even a tennis court (!), Cathay cineplex around the corner etc...... Not to mention i dont need a car since there are plenty of MRT within 5-8mins walk. I regularly walk to Chijmes & the national Library during week ends as well.Only 2 "cons" i can think of: it doesn't look very posh and it can be at times noisy due to the traffic and all the youngsters around (SMU, SOTA and all kind of Art schools...)... That's city life anyway...Supposed to be buoyant!! -

PERFECT
If there is such a thing as a Perfect accommodation, this has to be it!!It has everything a condo needs, Gym, large pool, tennis court, jacuzzi, playground, club house, BBQ, MRT, etc...Location is already well covered by the other reviewers. But I need to reaffirm its really fantastic. The nearest MRT station, Bras Basah MRT is just about a 3-5min walk and the Dhoby Ghaut MRT interchange is a 7 min walk.Shopping, Cathay Cinema, national library, nature parks, NTUC and Colds Storage is just across the road.Simply awesome. -

Perfect City Living
Totally delighted with this place. Have rented a 1 bedroom apartment here for 3 years. Now that I am a PR (Permanent Resident), I have made several offers to buy a unit here. Living in Sunshine Plaza is like living in a self contained 6 star hotel. Everything is so convenient.1. Food is available 24hrs. Choice of restaurant like Chijmes and the hotelsand pubs around the corner...or the budget hawker centre / food court Singapore style.2. Transport, While people are excited about an MRT station near their home, this place has 7 MRT stations within 500metres to 750metre radius (Dhoby Ghaut, Bugis, Little India, Museum / YMCA, Rochor, City Hall, etc).3. Cinemas (Cathay / Jade), shopping (PLaza Singapura, Bugis Junction, Sim Lim Square, Suntec City, etc) are 5-10min walk.4. Arts, for those who are into the arts, the Museum, National Library, National Arts and Cultural Centre, Esplanade (Durian) are a stone's throw away.5. Even the new Casino at Marina South is just a bus / train stop away. -
