Spacious, can improve maintenance
Compared to many penthouse units in the Telok Kurau area, the units in this development are large and spacious. It has a resort feel. There were, however, cracked lift buttons when we visited and the lift maintenance could be improved. -

Great place to stay and excellent location
Sunny Palms has a great location which is a 2 min walk to the main road yet shielded from any road noise. It is so quiet and serene at night. Major major plus is that it takes only 7 mins to walk to Kembangan MRT. Great place to live. -

Very nice and spacious condominium
The 3-bedroom unit that I have seen is spacious and beautiful with no balcony and bay window(full usable space).5 minutes walk to Kembangan MRT Station. Shopping complexes and eateries are all within 5 minutes walk. -

Hidden Gem
Felt the need to write this review before heading down to meet agent for securing a 3 bedroom for rental.I only have good things to say after viewing almost 20 3-bedroom developments in the Telok Kurau Area.- Great Location with backdoor access thus making walking to Kembangan MRT a 5 min stroll. Bus-stops even nearer within 3 minutes walk.- 24 hours food available within 3 minutes walk. I can foresee myself coming out for supper in my PJs.- Lowest maintenance fees I have seen- Decent size pool with wading area- Regular size bedrooms and a BIG plus is two of the bedrooms comes with attached baths!- NO bay windows and Bomb Shelters- More than ample Car parks. Ratio is about every 2 units will have 3 lots. Seen the place both day and night and occupied lots less than 50%. Probably due to the proximity to MRT. Definitivly no problems for visiting during festive sessions.- VERY serene environment.Good news for me according to the agent, as this hidden gem is mostly owner staying and not rental! -

Great location
Near to Kembangan MRT, shops, parkway parade and famous eateries. There is a nice park with a playground within walking distance from the condo. Very convenient for a family. Local traffic condition is good with good and convenient assess to PIE and ECP. Condo is nicely located and quiet. Management is responsive and helpful. Am happy living here. -

area is extremely serene. The penthouse unit I've seen is very spacious and affordable. It' a hidden gem, considering its value and proximity to the MRT and wonderful eateries around :) -

Looks like a old folks homeThe squarish pool is surrounded by apartments, sovery outdated structure. Don't really like the roads and trafiic conditions in Telok Kuruaarea to Kembagan, alot of small side roads to walk through -
