  Low rise condo thats literally 'touching' PIE. Home shelter and rather big balconies do take up quite a chunk of the live in space.

  Cosy and private loaction

  Beautifu layout and well-kept away from main roads, at the corner of Topaz Road. There is an enclosure to ensure privacy and basic facilities like pool, deck, gym and BBQ. There is also grenery around and the surrounding is good for an evening jog (to the gardens and canal). On a high-ground (you can check during downpour). Yet the location is convenient: minutes to food outlets, stores and Potong Pasir MRT. Key highways to city and beyond. DISTRICT 12 (city fringe) While the highway-facing units could be dusty and noisy, the inward facing ones should provide the quiet and privacy one needs. Suitable for singles and young couples.
