Nice one bedroom apartment
No facilities, but convenient transport links and value-for-money. Separate living, bed, and bath rooms. Most units owned by or rented to young professionals. Peaceful and quiet on side facing landed enclave. Vibrant neighbourhood with many food options. -

nice apt, gd for wfh
now renting 1br here. 34sqm but very efficient layout, can have home office + dining table in the living room side by side no prob. bedroom can fit queen size bed, enough storage space. 3 min walk to mrt, 5min walk to hawker centre and cold storage. 10mins to ntuc fairprice. can park car as resident here in the condo carpark. -

Surprisingly great despite its unassuming app
Visited friend here last week. Surrounding may be a bit chaotic with the eating houses nearby, and the entrance a bit hard to find. However, the building was very well kept. Lift working well, corridors clean, and very quiet on the side facing the landed houses! It is also very convenient. With MRT, bus stops, and a mall at a stone's throw away, and plenty of dining options. We literally went for dinner, had bubble tea, and then durian for on a walk. It is a nice place. I am considering moving here, too! -

I lived here in for years and love it. Recomm
As a single expat it is awesome. No need to worry about food as there are plenty of local and western eateries nearby. I barely cooked even though the one bedroom unit I rented came with an oven and an electric cooking hob. Super close to train station so going out or commuting for work is not a problem. -

Hidden gem, great way to immerse into the Sin
I lived here before in a 1-bedroom apartment. The apartment is well-located, with a short 3 minutes walk to the Kovan MRT station and eateries right downstairs (and great durian round the corner!) and in the vicinity, as well as supermarkets, GPs, and gyms located across the road. The layout is very practical. The interior fixtures are of good quality, and there is solid wood floor in the bedroom. Lift is shared by 4 units per floor and I never had to wait even during peak hours. The lack of swimming pool is easily remedied by the proximity to the ActiveSG Sport Centres (short walk to both Hougang and Serangoon Sports Centres) Overall it is a very nice place to live in. Unfortunately it is rarely available for sale. -

This is one of the rare condo where you can buy a freehold 1 bed room for within $550,000 and within 5 minutes walk to the Kovan MRT for investment and rental income. -
