  Cosy city fringe condo

  Cosy apartment with resort vibes. It has a decent sized pool and is well maintained. Located in a charming neighbourhood which is filled with heritage.

  Cosy apartment near to city

  Been living here since 2017. The apartment is cosy and is located in a charming neighbourhood which is rich in heritage. It has the vibes of a holiday resort and has a decent sized pool.

  Best condo in Geylang

  Layout for its one bedroom apartment is well optimize with a big balcony for units facing the pool. quite and peaceful in the evening. one of the best condo that I have seen in geylang.

  Poor design

  1br unit has very poor design. Kitchen has no oven; only cooktop. Due to layout of kitchen cabinets, you would need to completely replace cabinets in order to install oven directly beneath cooktop. Other units without ovens, at other new launches, have cabinets which would allow for future installation of oven without removing entire set of kitchen cabinets. Also, washer cum dryer unit is stored at end of kitchen cabinet, with cabinet door covering washer. While the first appears nice, you quickly discover its location is not practical, as door from washer cabinet cannot open fully, due to close proximity of washer to living room sofa (which isn't even a full size sofa in showflat). Bottom line.....poor use of space throughout unit. No 1br unit is ideal, but some 1br units in Singapore have layouts which maximize space. This is definitely not one of those efficient units.
