  Sui Generis claims to be "one of a kind" as this is what its name means in Latin. Nice concept, freehold, has a resort feel even though you are still in Singapore. It makes a big claim but can see why this condo claims to be unique. The location is great, in a relatively lush area and is also well-connected to schs, mrt, amenities, shopping... Residents will definitely feel special, thanks to private lift, privacy being a priority, efficient layout with good usable spaces etc. Condo facilities quite standard, but based on TOP of 2010, having a Jacuzzi, foot reflexology area, landscaped garden, quite modern for 14 years old.

  PSF of Sui Generis too high

  PSF: $2,479 - $2,687. Sale price range: $4,350,000 - $5,700,000. Painful on pocket even though this is freehold and location is convenient (close to gd schools in Bukit Timah, some shopping amenities nearby like Balmoral Plaza). Suitable if you have deep pockets and need to be within 1km of a top school for your kids. Something cool is the security system that scans the eye like some secret agent action movie but just a novelty. Large units but not as fancy as newer condos in the same price range.

  Nice Balmoral Crescent freehold

  Sui Generis is a luxury condo. Facilities well-maintained, everything is of high quality. Pool area is beautiful, and is a great place to relax – very clean and not too crowded. The gym is well-equipped, with good machines, and the management keeps everything in good condition. It has a jacuzzi, which is what I always look out for in a condo. The units themselves are spacious in neat layout, with good quality finishes. Pricier than some other condos, but happy to pay a premium for what I get. The location is convenient for getting around with the MRT and other amenities nearby, but it’s still very quiet and private. It is a tranquil escape in a convenient location.

  A little Oasis in the middle of town

  Living in Sui Generis was bliss. The condo is expertly managed, clean and the guards are friendly, on the job and always helpful with deliveries and visitors. The 4 bedroom apartments are spacious, well laid out and fitted with quality materials and equipment. Spending time by the pool feels like a break away from the hussle and bustle of town. The area is tranquil and resort like. Would have loved to stay longer!
