resort feel at Queenstown
landscaping at Stirling Residences is beautiful and feels quite resort-like, with lots of greenery and nice walking paths. my son spends almost every evening at the playground or kids' pool while we relax nearby. WFH or scroll fone while monitoring him. sometimes Mummy join in. so easy to while the whole day away here. there are enough facilities to keep everyone occupied and I like that the pools are spread across the estate instead of being all squeezed together. having a childcare downstairs is another huge plus for working parents like me. -

sunset facing Bukit Timah
One thing I never get tired of at Stirling Residences is the view. My unit is on a higher floor facing Bukit Timah and the sunsets are reallyyy beautiful. plus is that Queenstown MRT is within walking distance (6min) altho coming home uphill in the afternoon sun or hvy rain can feel abit shag lah. sometimes go to Mei Ling Market for breakfast. Even IKEA Alexandra is also like my weekend or lunch hangout just for a meal cox so near. -

nice vibe at Stirling Residence
been staying since TOP. enjoy living at Stirling Residences. condo is always kept clean and there is visible effort maintaining the gardens and common areas. I especially like taking evening walks around the estate after dinner because the landscaping is nicely done and doesn't feel overly crowded despite having over 1000 units. although like any big development no way to avoid inconsiderate residents. just don't talk to them and don't engage. love having mrt and hawker nearby. good balance between convenience and a quieter home environment. -

Noise
The biggest issue with this community is the poor soundproofing. can clearly hear noise from neighbors, hallway traffic, and sounds from outside the building. At night, it becomes particularly disturbing, making it very difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep. not recommend this place if you’re someone who values peace and quiet, especially during nighttime hours -

Wonderful place to live in
To find a quiet place to live in, Stirling Residence is a place where you can sleep peacefully at night. The whole environment and the ambient is nice to live in. Big pool and with many nice pond. All the 3 vlick have unblock view. -

Beautiful place to live in
Stirling Residences has 3 large pool and with large walking space like pool and beutiful garden. A quiet and serene place to live in. Very windy and with unblock view. Very near to MRT within walking distance. Have ample underground parking space with 3 basement. space -

Looks can be deceiving
very disappointed with this so-called luxury residential complex. It looks high-end on the surface, but the living experience is terrible. The elevators are in poor condition, making loud crashing noises that often jolt people awake at night. Property management is extremely negligent — after two months of complaints, they have done nothing but delay. Worse still, the surrounding environment is very noisy and dusty due to two large construction sites that will continue for three years. Overall, it is far from what it claims to be. I would not recommend living here. -

Most efficient and Comfortable Liveable Condo
I have been staying in Stirling since TOP. Love the location and nearby amenities. 5 or more coffee shops, 1 hawker centre with wet market, Cafe , Restaurants, Mini Marts, salons, Doby, Bakery shop, clinics and FairPrice. Nothing to complain even if you don't drive. Queenstown MRT is just few minutes walk and sheltered bus service 64 also available at side gate during raining day. Most efficient, livable and comfortable condo for own stay and investment. -

Resident staying at Stirling
I have been living at Stirling residences for 3 years and I love the place! It is a great place to live in, with amenities (supermarket and transport) easily accessible. Very convenient to travel around various locations around Singapore with good network of bus and mrt all around. It is a family friendly place to stay in, and my children love the place too! We often cycle around the estate together as a family to nearby park connectors that link to Great World City, Tiong Bahru Plaza, hortpark, rail corridor etc. -
