Good-sized rooms but lacks facilities
Rooms are a good size and higher-floor units are airy. Lacks facilities, only a small pool and bbq pit. It's situated fairly close to the bus stop along the main road, so transport access is not an issue as long as it's not raining. Units can be converted to dual-key - good for renting. Because of the building shapes, the units have a somewhat elongated layout which may take some getting used to. -

Nice quiet location in D12
Have lived here for about 2 years. nice quiet environment. Would consider St Francis Lodge/Court to be the 2 best apt in this area in terms of peace/quiet/location. It is blocked by 2 condos in front that cancels out all the noise from the road. Near to road/MRT but far away from the big drain (terrible smell).only downside is that only facility is a pool and jacuzzi. -
