  Overhyped-moral of the story unless ur paying

  Unless you’re spending a thousand or more on rent a month this isn’t the place to be at . Interior is pretty average I’ve seem better, common area where u live with others is always utterly bad. The facilities is slightly better the gym is okay at best and the library for kids is okay great if you like less people/ ur introverted and the sauna is in the public bathroom I don’t think I need to say more. The basketball court is small that’s sad. Transportation wise unless you like to walk 15 mins everyday to a nearest food court be my guest , most people here just order through delivery apps! Management is pathetic the security guard seems to think they have a lot of power as they love to harass lone people by spying on them through the cameras and find small issues to argue with the peoples!!

  Great location with serene environment

  Spring Grove condominium is located along Grange range which is 900m from Ion Orchard, Great World City & Tanglin Mall, and 3km from Central Business District. It is excellent for family stay because the condominium has a big swimming pool with BBQ pits, club house with a minimart, 2 tennis courts, squash court, children's playground and nice landscaping. International schools, hospitals, shopping centres, etc. are not too far away. Nearest Orchard Boulevard MRT station is 800m walk and there is a public bus stop just outside the condo. The condominium is relatively quiet and well spaced out unlike River Valley or Farrer Road. Its 3-bedroom unit of 1,389 sq ft (129 sq m) has a very good layout with a big living and dining hall, 3 spacious bedrooms, kitchen with backyard & maid's room.

  Luxury Condominium with a serene & quiet envi

  Spring Grove condo is located at the serene & quiet part of Grange Road. It has a big ground with a big conservation club house, big swimming pool, bbq pits, 2 tennis courts, children’s playground, etc. Most 2/3/4-bedroom units have good layout and bedrooms relatively spacious. Orchard Boulevard MRT station is 850m away. Ion Orchard, Great World City & Tanglin Mall is less than 1km away. Central Business District is 3km away. More shopping centres/ schools/ kindergartens/ Botanic Gardens/ hospitals/ embassies/ etc. amenities are well within 2km radius.

  Spring Grove

  Lived there for 2 years before, loved the strategic location, which is 10 minutes walk to Great World City and 15 minutes to Tanglin Mall. Liked the convservation house which has been turned into the clubhouse. Ideal for small families, and it's a child-friendly condo.

  Luxury, Peaceful living just ard Town

  Grange road is a premium address - the creme de lar creme of orchard neighbourhood. A stone throw away from town for tranquility and luxury and prestige living.Lovely award winning architecture and great foreign expat crowd for international cultural experience.
