Perfect City Living
The best blocks in the central district for the view, convenience. Living in the city yet away from the hustle and bustle. Yet nestled among top famed cafes like Kith cafe, Plain Vanilla , and famous local dessert shops, cake shops, Nylon Coffee, Populus restaurant, Korean street on Tanjong Pagar and 100AM Don Don Donki! You get it! No doubt the best hidden secret of living within 5 mins of CBD. Great for all Families or singles. New Cantonment MRT (open in 2026) and the famous Green Corridor just round the corner! Small layout with tiny kitchens
I stayed here as a rental and the design of the penthouse was really bad. The walls are mostly glass so it gets very hot at certain times of the year. You just cannot seem to escape from the sun. The condo is also very small. The kitchen is tiny, and the layout simply does not make sense. The only good thing is its proximity to Outram MRT and bus stations. But there are far better places to live for the price you are paying. You are also close to the highway so you can hear traffic if you don’t have your aircon on.Was this review helpful?
