near2 Telok Blangah & Vivo
The location of Skyline Residences is the main reason y I renewed my lease. Telok Blangah MRT is just a short walk and VivoCity is one stop away or even can bus there in few mins. After work I sometimes jog towards the waterfront and it's splendid. Condo itself feels premium, aircon lift lobby, nice gym, two big pools. Unit also has a fantastic sea view from the balcony. Only downside is if your stack faces the main road, heavy vehicles can be quite noisy especially early morning. light sleepers maybe should choose carefully. niceplace in Greater Southern Waterfront area. -

big drop off pt
Skyline Residences impressed me with the nice entrance especially the big drop off point, clean common areas and the huge function room. Great for my extended family. Everything feels quite upscale without being OTT. But as dog owners, our experience is mixed. Facilities are good and neighbours mostly friendly, but management can be quite particular about pets. I just make sure I'm a responsible pet owner so they have nothing to fault me. -

a view of Sentosa
the freehold Skyline Residences is near town, with a view of Sentosa and Keppel side. best is from rooftop but my high floor unit works too. mid-sized condo, yet pool is long enough for proper laps and gym is well equipped. Interior finishing inside my unit is decent. The location is indeed fantastic, nice mix of old and new, local and global. -

party time at Skyline
ever since I moved into Skyline Residences, have been loving the resident lounge and keep using it for my gatherings as it's the biggest condo function room I've ever seen? the 2 pools onsite are also olympic sized, and many barbecue pits available plus tennis court and a well equipped gym. go to the rooftop to watch the sunset, it's great on a clear day. even with clouds it's looks v good. -

upscale feels
i feel Skyline Residence is quite well priced for the quality of the furnishings, upscale feels, location at Telok Blangah and layout where many of us get waterfront views. even the lift lobby is aircon! and thoughtful to include space for sch bus at the lobby. the design is not too unique but it doesn't matter, it's great for what it is and a million dollar view! -

living in SG but not feel like SG
Skyline Residences feels like those "not SG" condos with such awesome views from the higher floors overlooking to Keppel and Sentosa, literally the skyline of Singapore. many greeneries around too. -

Horrible condo management
We’ve been living in Skyline Residence for many years but unfortunately the condo management got really bad and does not help tenants to solve any issues . We have been having renovations in the condo for 3 months now and the contractor is constantly not sticking to laws and regulation and the noise level is much above what is legally allowed. Although I reported it multiple times over the past couple of weeks to the management, and have also voiced my concerns as my one year old kid has been laying on the floor holding his ears nothing has happened. Besides that, we forgot our stroller at the pool and the condo management apparently threw it which seems really odd to me given the condo management has a lost&found section. -

Superb condo
With a view of the sea and Sentosa, schools, food centres, FairPrice, and Vivocity nearby, what's not to love about it? -

Not a fan of the interior
Having visit my fren's house at Skyline Residences, it has a awesome view of Sentosa. But the interior looks similar to other condos thats less expensive. Not sure if its worth the high price tag -

The high floor units at the front block offers excellent view of Sentosa and the sea. Residents will also enjoy conveniences of a food centre and Fairprice supermarket -
