Careful when buying mixed development
Be careful when buying mixed development even if it is from reputable developer like Fraser. There is a common common area where the maintenance is shared by the residences and commercial. Who draw the boundary? The Developer. You may end up paying maintenance fee and future repair fee for nothing. It is very hard for you to change the boundary in the future. No point going to BCA also. They will push back to the Developer and the Developer will say approved by BCA...Was this review helpful? Report review -

Mixed used development not to be missed
I've been living in Bedok for more than half of my life now and looking at Sky Eden @ Bedok, it is an opportunity not to be missed. It is just few minutes' walk to the MRT, and you are few stops away from Changi Airport. You will also be welcomed by the endless food options, multiple supermarkets if you like grocery shopping - suits everyone in my opinionWas this review helpful? Report review -
