  located in the geylang area, expect a mix of modern malls and coffeeshop eateries, many open past midnight and through the night. super good for night owls like myself!

  Sims Edge - layout not bad

  effective use of space in the rooms, esp the 1br units. place is quiet too with nice scenery. mrt passing by a bit noisy for some units if you dn mind. Sims Edge is one of the well maintain and spacious condos in geylang area

  btwn Paya and Aljunied MRT

  Sims Edge is a short shelter walk to Paya Lebar MRT interchange on circle/east west line. can also walk to Aljunied MRT. it's just in the middle. many good foods around
