Dated and aged 1985 property
practical place to stay in central location within walking distance to Dhoby Ghaut and Little India MRT. The downside is that the building is old, and it doesn’t have any facilities like gym or pool. If you want a condo with those extras, it’s better to look elsewhere. Interiors feel dated and could use a refresh, so don’t expect to live in luxury. Just a simple, budget-friendly place close to the city, not for people looking for something modern or fancy.

Convenience place at Selegie
Nearby: Dhoby Ghaut, Bugis, and Little India. Also many food, shopping, and entertainment options all around. Public transport: Rochor, Dhoby Ghaut MRT in walking distance, good access to multiple train lines. Bus stop at door step, short ride to CBD. Compared to staying at the Orchard, Selegie has more character of Singapore and more local flavour, with budget coffeeshops and mama shop around.
