Great location for MRT, however facilities and management really needs to improve - pool got no lights for months, management team not very responsive and attitude quite unprofessional -

Run down. A number of toilet repair issues. Noisy ceiling. Old swimming pool chairs never been replaced, mosquitos around the pools. MRT construction noise near by. -

Sarkies Garden
Very good location although the condo and units are a bit run down. Big mistake to choose location as priority! It is very convenient to Orchard and MRT but many repair issues have cropped up. Beware of the management. Very unresponsive and cheap. Not worth the headache. -
