Overall a great estate with facilities to liv
Rented this place with my partner. We love the convenience and accessibility sheltered walk to Potong Pasir MRT station, park connect to Kallang stadium and Ang Mo Kio. There are amenities like NTUC and Dental, medical Eateries and cafe nearby. The rooms are quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, The facilities like Swimming pool, gym and BBQ pit and mini function room are well maintained, There is also daily cleaning, clean car park and regular landscaping services. Maybe the management team be more residents and tenant freindly. -

Thin walls
The condo unit's walls are very thin. We could hear watever that was going on few storeys above as tho it's just above your unit. If you are a light sleeper, this is a no-go -

Excellent Location
Great location with good schools and amenities around. Estate is like renaissance resort style. I am a resident. -

There are some very interesting low rise unit
There are some very interesting low rise units up to 5 storey high that has this really resort feel architecture, something that gives a really refreshing twist. -
