  Efficient layout but only have basic average facilities. Note this is a 99 leasehold property versus most of the other condos there which are freehold.

  Vacationing in a resort everyday

  This development is a peaceful, quiet and serene environment. Those who want to return to a peaceful home after work will agree with me. It is like going on a holiday everyday with its resort style atmosphere. It is a fantastic place for beach lover and the beach is just 3 minutes’ walk. It is a relaxing home to comeback to and my children totally enjoy the facilities here. The overall quality of the build is good, layout is nice and spacious. Great place to stay especially for family with children and Expats.
