Rest and recharge away from busy area at Root
I really appreciate that Roots @ Transit is located away from the busy areas of Singapore. Without the constant noise and rush of city living, this place is quite refreshing, nice to recharge here after a long and hectic day. The area around the condo is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery (abit wild-looking). Can go eat Springleaf prata which is nearby, visit Springleaf park connector, even go to the zoo, pleasant for jogging, walking dog. Do install some window mesh in case of animals roaming the area. Transport connections are okay, there's bus. -

Transit to where???
To be fair, Roots @ Transit gets its name from the road it is on. From the standpoint of transiting around, the nearest MRT Springleaf is almost 20min away. This condo is also in Sembawang area, near Nee Soon army camp. Thankfully condo has some nice facilities like a sparkling clean pool to make up for its poor location – unless you enjoy being far away from most things to reflect on your roots? -

Too pricey for Sembawang leasehold but cheape
Lower PSF than other nearby condos, but Roots @ Transit still too pricey I feel for this area and too few facilities. Plus its leasehold. If you compare to other condos nearby like Forest Hills (older), it seems Roots @ Transit is still decently priced with PSF below $2k. Personally don't believe in paying too much for leasehold in OCR area. Saw 2BR asking price about $1M for just 50+ sqm. Smaller than 3-room HDB flat size, and so many cheaper resale HDB flats in Sembawang you can get a much bigger home for same price and have spare cash leftover. Non-Singaporeans no choice though, but believe $1M budget can still get a private unit in a prime area closer to city centre. -

Roots@Transit
Lush greeneries surrounding, away from over crowding. Few stops away from HDB amenities. Good for cyclists -
