dream home
All is great. Location is convenient, occupants are quiet and non-disruptive, facilities are well-maintained, management is on the ball. Ideal for singles, couples, and surprisingly young families, as there are many kindergartens nearby despite its CBD location. -

Quality condo
The only freehold condominium in the area, strategically located right in front of Lau Pat Sat, residents here never need to cook. Walking distance to *all* MRT lines including EWL (Tanjong Pagar, Raffles Place), NSL (Raffles Place, Marina Bay), DTL (Downtown, Telok Ayer, Chinatown), NEL (Chinatown),TEL (Marina Bay, Shenton Way, Maxwell) and CCL (Marina Bay) stations. Right in the middle of the CBD attracting high quality residents. Complete with a lap pool, a play pool and a gym, with greenery deck and exercise areas. Management is on the ball. Surprisingly peaceful as neighbours are generally quiet and polite. City living with prestige, suitable for local and expat professionals and small families who value convenience and location. -

Excellent location located smack in the middl
24 hours eateries all around ensure you never go hungry. Many hip bars and restaurants within few minutes of walking distance, supermarkets, convenient stores and laundries nearby as well. Nice views from unit, and can see partial fireworks on special occasions. -

No more short term stayers, finally
MCST has finally caught up and installed a new finger print security system in the building. Hopefully no more AirBnB tourists or short term stayers. -

Robinson Suites one of the freehold condo located at Prestigious D1. The location is excellent with nearby amenities & train stations. Short term stay is eliminated with the newly installed finger print security system. It's one of the most potential D1 residential property with new up coming D1 residential properties launching in CCR. -

Compact Convenient Comfortable Condo
Great location and accessibility to 2 train stations and buses. No issues with parking access. Also lots of food choices at lau pa Sat and food places around. -

Review On Robinson Suites
Probably the only freehold and relatively new condo in district 1. Very central location at the junction of Telok Ayer, Raffles Place and Downtown MRT Stations. Very compact, high rise with 148 units packed into 41 storeys with commercial units below. Consist of 1 and 2 bed room units. #RobinsonSuites -

Partial view of the sea is almost gone
The new development has a partial view of the sea, as is situated right between two lanes of buildings. But the land just in front is almost sold now, there is a winning bid on the tender ending on 8th of November. If someone pays 1.5 billion for a land they will not hesitate to start building ASAP, so all the units in Robinson Suites will loose their view and calmness (as they all are facing the same side). From other side, layout is good, materials used seem to be of good quality. The moral is: always think what agents try to sell you and why. Price about S$ 6 psf in CBD and Marina Bay area doesn't come from nothing, landlords try to rent out before drilling machines appear just in from of their condo. -
