  Compact Convenient Comfortable Condo

  Great location and accessibility to 2 train stations and buses. No issues with parking access. Also lots of food choices at lau pa Sat and food places around.

  It's a trap, and an expensive one!

  Facilities are perpetually occupied by tourists. Loud noise and dust from the construction right in front as well. Oily smog from the Lau Pat Sat right in front. Management and landlords just don't care because the whole block is filled by rental units. The only redeeming feature is its location, which is great if you work in the city but does not drive. Oh did I mention the "mechanical" carpark that is always faulty? Guests cannot even park here because the management rented out all the parking lote even when the landlord agreed to let the tenant use it! AVOID!

  Review On Robinson Suites

  Probably the only freehold and relatively new condo in district 1. Very central location at the junction of Telok Ayer, Raffles Place and Downtown MRT Stations. Very compact, high rise with 148 units packed into 41 storeys with commercial units below. Consist of 1 and 2 bed room units. #RobinsonSuites

  Don’t rent or buy this place

  You’ll definitely lose money if you buy here. Also not great place to rent cos half the units are Airbnb n URA is ignoring it. Mgt tried to set up security guard for a few days then disappeared

  Nobody stays here

  Condo turns into a big dark eerie building at night, devoid of any life. It’s embarrassing to let this abandoned building spoil the CBD landscape. Totally disgusting.

  Not Cancer, Its the PLAGUE

  I totally agree with the previous review and feedback. The property manager is never on site, hoard the car parks and do not allocate any car park to bona fide tenants even when owner give permission and assignment. The security guard, well... You really have to get police involved to get normal treatment, else you are not welcomed unless you are angmo tenants (usually no car) or guests Totally NOT Recommended

  Avoid like cancer!!!

  No proper condo management and everything is just left for the local "security" guard to manage with zero standards.Random rules and really inconsiderate / rude behaviour. Unbelievable that such a nice building on a great location is ruined by such. On top of it all, looks like a lot of units are available via airbnb so expect random backpackers and travellers coming and going constantly.

  Robinson Squatters

  Narrow corridor, shoe box studio, low end interior fittings, tiny swimming pool.

  Partial view of the sea is almost gone

  The new development has a partial view of the sea, as is situated right between two lanes of buildings. But the land just in front is almost sold now, there is a winning bid on the tender ending on 8th of November. If someone pays 1.5 billion for a land they will not hesitate to start building ASAP, so all the units in Robinson Suites will loose their view and calmness (as they all are facing the same side). From other side, layout is good, materials used seem to be of good quality. The moral is: always think what agents try to sell you and why. Price about S$ 6 psf in CBD and Marina Bay area doesn't come from nothing, landlords try to rent out before drilling machines appear just in from of their condo.
