  Very nice place

  Nice place, quite , windy, very close to nature. River walk is just few hundred meter away and Coney Island is also very close so you can plan weekend to walk inside if you live Mother Nature and fill your lungs with oxygen

  Beautiful Condominium

  Next to LRT and bus stop. Seletar Mall is only 1 bus stop/LRT stop away. Very convenient.

  Great place and convenient . Just beside LRT

  Nice peaceful place. Very conveniently located beside LRT and riverside. Beautiful place to live forever

  Convenient Amenities

  I have been.staying here since TOP with my family. We are still enjoying this home and I especially appreciate the close proximity to the PCN, Seletar Mall, supermarkets, food court and other amenities by foot. There is also a upcoming new hawker centre which will open soon! My child is attending a school that is 2 bus stops away. Strongly recommend to especially young families and retirees.

  Most important is the 风水design Five Tower with like our finger with the pool at the centre of the palm . Unblock view of the Punggol Reservoir River. Back gate access to supermarket, coffee shop ,LRT.

  New COLUMBARIUM for the DEAD Coming Up Nearby

Now everybody that have bought any units nearby, especially Fernvale Lea, Fernvale Rivergrove, Lush Acres are shocked and worried of the resale price. Think carefully before buying.
