  Riverfront Residences is located at Hougang beside PCN and Serangoon River. wonderful atmosphere and always a joy to jog alongside the canal with my family in tow :)

  Riverfront Residences is a new 2024 development built upon the site of the en bloc former Rio Casa. much improved with seamless greenery integration from park connector to condo, connectivity remains good to Hougang Mall, and also to schs like Holy Innocents and CHIJ OLN.

  Riverfront Residences boasts a putting green, numerous pools, gym, basketball court. a spacious feel despite many units due to the well-planned blocks. peaceful environment beside waterbody, better to stay in this atas heartland condo than condo at singapore river.

  river wonders

  Riverfront Residences is a hidden gem. while on paper it seems like your typical mega dev with all the facilities and potential overcrowding, in reality it feels like an extension of the nature surrounding it and the well planned layouts and spacing of the blocks help it retain its resort vibe.

  close to hg mrt

  Riverfront Residents is just a short bus ride to Hougang MRT where there's a bunch of shops in the town centre, including Hougang Mall, bus interchange, community centre etc. so convenient.

  hougang gem

  Riverfront Residences is an unlikely gem in Hougang. such a great mega condo, but also tons of amenities nearby like shopping at the Hougang Mall about 10min walk only. inside facilities still have basket ball court, gym, reflexgoly path, jacuzzi and putting green. never get bored!

  stroll along Serangoon River...

  if you want to get out of the confines of the Riverfront Residences condo, head outside to the PCN at Serangoon River for a nice stroll. many dogwalkers are there as well (think cannot walk in condo), all enjoying the nature

  mega watt beauty

  Riverfront Residences is a mega beauty at Hougang. it's literally a mega dev with 1472 units but somehow doesn't feel cramped thanks to the smart layout arranged around the pool. speaking of the pool, the view against the unique backdrop really seems so creative and distinct, especially when the edges are lighted up at night for that mega watt view.
