  Excessive controlling that takes the joy out of staying in a relative new beautiful compound despite paying for the facilities.

  Ever since I bought an apartment here, I've been looking forward to moving in. The developer has paid special attention to planning the outdoor spaces. The barbecue area will be a good place to make new friends. And since there will be so much activities, after work hours should be fun. There’s even a putting green and wading pool for rest and relaxation. Hougang MRT station is nearby and there are numerous schools in the vicinity for families with school-going children.

  Love Riverfront

  I feel on top of the world after purchasing our 17th floor apartment at Riverfront Residences. The view of the Serangoon River flowing just next to the development and the surrounding greenery will make it so relaxing. The hardest part now is waiting for the project to complete.

  Big development of 1,472 units with 6 units of strata shops. Riverfront Residences is a waterfront based living, with a large part of the development facing picturesque Serangoon River.
