  Very smallish apartment. Low rise.

  Very smallish apartment. Low rise. However, 28 units over 5 translate into not overly high density and more space comforts for residents.

  Perfect Tranquility Yet Near Amenities

  Searching for a home amidst the many condos is never easy. There is a need to have the perfect balance of ease of amenities yet a real home away from high populous area. Unknown to most, there is an 24 hours NTUC Fairprice that I chanced upon within 5 min walk. Located at Blk 110 Lengkong Tiga, this block also has a clinic, coffee shop, Econ Mart, ATMs. From this block, it is another mere 6-8 minutes to the Kembangan MRT. Total walking time to MRT, which is sheltered 90% of the way due to the Sheltered block to block, is just 12 - 14 min. You need to cut diagonally across as I found out. Alternatively, the nearest bus stop is just 3 min away with bus 25, 854 to name a few. Most importantly, MCST is doing a great job with up keep for the premises.

  Worth for investment

  I checked out the 2 bedrooms. It come with balcony and a store room. Nice layout, quiet and serene environment. Full condo facilities. Though its a little further to MRT but 3 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. Not bad for investment!
