You can park your car directly in your apartment, which is super awesome. It comes with a heavy price tag for such convenience and luxury, which most people cant afford -

Reignwood Hamilton Scotts
Prestigious Scotts Road address. The only condo in Singapore that has a private car garage 'in the sky' or next to every apartment. However, do note that owners cannot access into his car through his own garage directly even though it is parked next to his own living room -

Overhyped
Directly facing Scotts Rd one the most busy, noisy and polluted road in SingaporeThis concept to be able to have your car right to your lounge and see it through the glass panel is so new money and poor taste, plus the concept already exists in Bangkok, Dubai etc.Of course the fittiings are good but the kind of money it costs, they should be.Overhyped and overpriced. -
