  Lovely grounds, perched on a hill, feels exclusive and private. External common areas really beginning to look very tired, drab and in need of an update. Grey tiles are very depressing. Property may be difficult to shift in 3-5 years time. Internal - spacious, well laid-out apartment but probably needs full upgrade of electrics and plumbing.

  No bicycle parking or shed

  16 units condo, majority occupied by owners. No bicycle parking or shed. Children are not allowed to play in the run away. Recommended only to singles and couples
