  Beautiful Development

  I’ve been staying at Principal Garden for a while now, and the one thing I always tell people is that it feels like living in a resort. The grounds are really spacious, with lots of greenery and water features that make it relaxing the moment you walk in. Family and friends who visit always comment on how nice the environment and facilities are, some even say it doesn’t feel like Singapore once you’re inside. It’s also right by the canal and I’ll definitely miss the scenic walk to the MRT.

  Quiet but Inconvenient

  I signed a 2 years tenancy here due to the peaceful environment and proximity to town, but it turned out to be a wrong choice! Despite seemingly near the town on the map, it has poor public transport connectivity. Walk to mrt at leisure pace is 15 min at least, which is unacceptable in Singapore’s hot weather. As I’m staying on the low floor, my unit is constantly plagued by bugs and insects. If you love this place, consider only the mid and high floor units.

  Poor Workmanship

  The design of the condo is boring and very much like a HDB. The facilities are poorly maintained after a few years of usage, showing the poor quality of materials used. Far from MRT is a no no for today’s context unless you own a car. I do not see any potential upside with this condo and price should remain suppressed due a lot more downside than upside for this condo

  Poorly Maintained

  Let’s be honest. The property is poorly maintained for a fairly new condo. Although located in Redhill area, it’s very far from the mrt and definitely not within walking distance. Price is cheap though.

  Well-Thought Out Condominium

  Although it attracts a lot of criticism for its resemblance to HDB flats, this belies the immense thought that the developer has placed into this condo. The units are well-sized, the common areas are superbly spaced out for all to use without feeling crowded, and the facilities is great and capable of supporting the number of residences there. The location near the city center means it is easy to get to both CBD and Orchard areas, while enjoying the perks of the local hawker centers and markets

  Fringe of city living and PCN to connect

  It is at the fringe of Orchard road just 7 mins drive away and faces GCBs on one side. PCN is directly on the other side and this allows easy access all the way to Marina bay or Harbourfront. The spacious landscaping has 9 pools + private pools and a massive gym, Karaoke rooms, wine cellars and function/ BBQ areas make it very comfortable for families. Great location that has the peace and quietness because of the spacious garden landscaping.

  Beautiful condo

  Everything about this condo is excellent, the spacious and beautiful landscaping, wide range of facilities including 2 KTV rooms, sky pool, 5 BBQ pits, bicycle rental etc. private lift for larger units and really nice interior finishing too!
