  Close to ideal

  A desired condo to live in, given the close proximity to Katong/Siglap eateries, good schools, East Coast park and shopping centres. Well serviced by public transport to CBD and Orchard shopping belt. Quick access to ECP and PIE in minutes. Few sale units highlight the exclusivity that current owners are enjoying with quality amenities so close by. Limited projects in the East Coast area that matches "peaceful living amidst the bustle".

  Over asking

  Based on developer sales, the units mostly transacted between 900K to 1.0+ mil. Currently sellers asking 1.9 to 2.2 million, are over the market. Even nearby big development with full condo facilities Esta does not ask that high prices. Sellers need to be realistics as current valuation at the area is 1.5 mil to 1.6 mil max for unit 1238 sqft. So buyers need to be sharped when making offer now, as most likely price will dip with TSDR kicks in......Furthermore, it is near to Telok Kuara area whcih does not command that price unless is Sea view.

  Poshgrove East

  Poshgrove East sits on an exclusive neighbourhood with boutique size condo and landed houses. Breezy and spacious communal land to stroll around,(safe for children playing around because cars go straight to the basement carpark), good size pool, gym, bbq pit ... Design is modern and interior is spacious as well (good layout) a 3+Study (1238sqft) looks big like 1400sq ft. Tao Nan Sch (0.4km), CHIJ Katong, Ngee Ann Pri, Haig Girl Sch Bus Stop just outside the project with plenty of buses to Suntec, Orchard, Shenton Way ... 3 bus stops to Eunos MRT. Many restaurants on the left and right side of the project, Still Road famous Black Pepper Crabs, Beach Road Prawn Noodle across the road, Jap, Korean, Katong Laksa (5mins walk) & etc.. Would like to live here! Noted that not many owner willing to sell. 50% rented out to expat. from Switzerland, Norway, US, Japan, Indonesia...
