  Very good location and rental yield

  The condo is at a very good location! 5min walk and safe! Bought a unit here for investment. Rental more than 4% even when the property price is high! Good investment!

  Upcoming medical hub and hosipital

  It is a FH and the condo is only 0.54km from Novena MRT! There is also a covered walk way leading to MRT! There is also upcoming Novena Medical Centre by Far East and Parkway Novena Hosipital. Definitely a demand for rental. It is good for investment and rental!!!

  quiet

  it's very quiet.. and conveniently located. The only thing.. is the property management.. the water features in the swimming pool and rooftop garden.. not working. women's toilet by the pool area.. is not working. And the developer seem to used cheap materials.. toilet smells very very bad.. tenants said they had to change the piping. Kitchen cabinet is covered some plastic stkicker which is not really durable to heat created from cooking.. some melted down, and beginning to bare the inside.
