Perfect Ten such a literal name for this freehold luxury condo in ... where else but District 10. that said, the prime Bukit Timah location is spot on, and the build quality is good too with premium finishings especially in high wear and tear area like bathroom. fellow parents roll eyes at the name but we love being so close to all the top schools and this prestigious location. -

what a nice design
the two buildings linked by a sky bridge of Perfect Ten feature is indeed beautiful. It looks very grand and elegant, and there are nice views of Bukit Timah Road. the buildings are also excellence at the dumbbell efficient layout, and there's also high-tech smart features that make my life easier. simply amazing, no wonder it is called Perfect Ten! -

high life
living at Perfect Ten FH condo to enjoy the literal high life. well worth the high price point, especially for me as i appreciate the peace and privacy in this private enclave. there is a long driveway that goes in, so it feels even more exclusive. sky garden at L24 with clubhouse and gym are a fantastic touch. A big bonus, it is near all the top schools of Bukit Timah like ACS and SCGS. we have two private lifts and enjoy a swim at the 50m infinity pool during free time. -
