  very convenient place to stay

  3 Shopping mall just at door step, and 2 MRT line, within 2-3 mins walk, super convenient location , just image to walk to cinema in the late night and walking back . super cool.

  abusive and extremely rude security guard

  The security guard (day shift) at paya lebar residences is extremely abusive using his authority to intimidate others. When confronted by guests to the condominium for his name and identity he refuses to give his name saying that he has the authority to deny his identity and hides his own name tag. I would truly advise guests against renting or purchasing an apartment in the condominium as the security guard is an unstable, obnoxious and rude individual who is a danger to residents and others.

  Rude security guard turns me off

  As a Singaporean i Had the inclination to rent Paya lebar residences as it is near some very good schools. Interested in renting the place but was taken aback by the security guard who was verbally abusive. I have been living in a condo in Spore and Understand that the condominium has limited parking space. Parked my car in the visitors parking lot on Saturday 7 July; 1.00 pm but did not expect the security guard to be very rude at me in the presence of my wife and children. We decided not to consider the place for rental because of how we were treated by the security management that runs the place.

  Superb place spoilt by an awful guard.

  our two bedroom unit was excellent. Facilities are okay but location is excellent. MRT station, shopping mall, supermarket and mosque (great for Muslims) is right on your doorstep. The only flaw is the one awful security guard (day shift) who is always obnoxious and perpetually rude to everybody all the time. Seen a few rats recently around outside lobby area too. So as long as these rodent issues aren't dealt with, I will just give it an overall 3-stars.
