Overpriced Condo
This condo is nearly 40 years old. Needs upgrading of drainage and water pipes to resolve water seepage issues. The lifts too need upgrading. Check the maintenance cost and special levies before buying a unit. Costs set to rise and rise. -

Very Very Worn Out
This condo used to be really good but in the last few years (since COVID/2020), this has taken a massive downturn in terms of quality/management/maintenance. Appears all good on the outside, but once you start living, the reality set in. Had some repair almost every week. The only positive being the greenery but I am able to find the same greenery at much newer apartments. Also, noticed a near 40% increase in rental since June. Definitely not worth that money for this place. -

Hidden GEM in a private enclave of D15!
After staying at City Square(city living) and Euhabitat(lifestyle living), Parkshore provides both city living (boosting great city views from the apartment) and lifestyle living (great area to cycle or stroll). Being the only FREEHOLD project in Tanjong Rhu, brings along great future potential /sitting on a hidden goldmine. Possible bridge to city. Also, being a small project with 152 units, not only make it exclusive, it is quieter than the surrounding projects. Tower 4 and 5 are the best because it boost great city view (with MBS, flyer, Artscience museum, GBTB view). The place is also a short stroll to Kallang Wave Mall with lots of dining options and a huge NTUC. Stadium MRT is there too. In 2023, Tanjong Rhu will have it own station. Rental market is healthy too. Love this PLACE!! -

Freehold gem in undervalued area
Only freehold condo in this area with fantastic future appreciation potential. Good, efficient unit layout. Peaceful surrounding yet only 10 mins drive to the CBD. Upcoming MRT at doorstep by 2023. -

Reputed condo management
Parkshore is managed by Savills. Naturally, Savills being a European parent Company, the condo management at Parkshore is top class and of premium international standards. Great environment for the privileged residents. -

Nice tony place
Parkshore indeed has a club feeling with expats frequently getting together at the tennis courts while the ladies chat and the kids can play safely in the designated playground. We have lived in various condos in Tanjong Rhu, but this has the most welcoming feeling. -

Peaceful heaven in Parkshore
Comment as a tenant: Konnichiwa. We are expats from Japan and like this place for its peace and serenity, while being an upmarket address in Tanjong Rhu enclave. There is a nearby MRT if you don't have own car. -

We are tenants at Parkshore for many years now. This is one of the best and quitest-away from road noise- condo in the heart of Tanjong Rhu. Great for Western expats. -

Is any where investment potential than this
We wanted to buy an investment property and looked around all of Singapore. We finally settled for this condo as this is the only freehold condo in Tanjong Rhu. Prices currently are value of money and we think this place has best capital gains potential in all of Singapore. -

Crown Jewel of Tanjong Rhu
- Only freehold condo in Tanjong Rhu. The Line selling at more than $2100psf. - Location much better than some other condos that get ECP noise. - Tranquil living, while closest to all facilities in Tanjong Rhu. First choice for Western expats. - Owners in envious position. Sitting on goldmine. Prime freehold land piece in Tanjong Rhu. -
