Great surrounding amenities
There's Kovan MRT, Heartland mall and the Kovan food centre nearby the condo, which is an area that I grew up with and love. Having these amenities are convenient for residents and increase property value -

PSF for small unit is too high
disadvantages: 1. high PSF for small unit2. weird layout/outlook3. Bomb shelter (there is some other project without bomb shelter or using common bomb shelter)4. Near to main road/noisy&busy/dustyadvantages:1. near to MRT/NTUC2. New (top at 2014)3. Freehold -
