  The show unit was awesome

  I love the convenience of Parc Canberra. It’s a short walk from Sembawang MRT station and the new Canberra MRT station on the North-South line. I travel daily to the CBD for work so I’m happy I won’t have to change lines even though it’s about a 40-minute ride. The Seletar and Central expressways are within easy driving distance. In a couple of years, the North-South Corridor will be ready. Based on the showflat's design, Parc Canberra will be a modern development with top-notch amenities and furnishings. I'm really looking forward to moving into my new home.

  Loved the construction quality

  I got my apartment at Parc Canberra. I’m really impressed with the construction quality and amenities here, as well as the many schools and medical facilities in close proximity. I also appreciate that the developer has planned a senior care centre. It will be of great help to my elderly father who’s been having issues with his health lately. All in all, Parc Canberra is just perfect for me and my family. Hoping to move in early in 2023.

  Parc Canberra fits me perfectly

  I’m working my way up through my career and was looking for a condo that wouldn't break the bank, but still blends modern amenities with quality furnishings. Parc Canberra is a great fit, and since it’s an EC, the prices are affordable. Bukit Canberra, which is located nearby, has one of the biggest gymnasiums in the area, and I spend every evening there after a long day at work. The rent I've been paying to live in this area has been eating into my savings, so I'll be very happy once I move in and stop having to pay rent.
