The supposed tranquility is overshadowed by ongoing kids loud screaming at the common area especially the swimming pool. It's like a public pool on weekends, public holidays & weekdays late afternoon to evening time. The noise from the swimming pool is not just regular kids playing sound but really loud constant screaming. Peace & quiet were consistently disrupted by the sound of kid's screams & shouts, while I understand that kids will be kids, the noise level often became too excessive, making it difficult to live here. The relentless noise from the pool area negatively impacted my ability to relax and unwind, the constant shrieks created a less-than-ideal environment. Management couldn't do anything at all.
My office in the CBD isn't close to Parc Botannia. After marrying my wife, I thought it would be good to purchase an apartment as we have been renting for some time. The development is shaping up beautifully, especially the outdoor areas. We should be moving in soon and look forward to spending many weekends enjoying the facilities.
The landscaping and classy design of Parc Botannia's common spaces won my heart. Even before we viewed the showflat, I told my husband that I had a feeling this would be our home. The apartment didn’t disappoint either. The developer has shown careful attention to detail and chosen excellent furnishings and appliances for the condo units. I can’t wait to move in.
