  This condominium is conveniently located within a comfortable 300m of walking distance from the nearest Kembangan MRT station. Surrounded by a whole host of shopping malls (Kembangan Plaza, Siglap Center, Bedok Mall, I12, Parkway Parade etc), schools, community centers, nearby amenities such as supermarkets, food eateries, restaurants, dining outlets, sports facilities and local stores. It is also easily accessible from the International Changi Airport and is close to Singapore's pictureseque, tranquil and peaceful east coast beach. Ideal for families who love the sea, beach cycling, outdoor sea activities and coast-line dining. Suitable for working professionals, retirees, young adults, home-makers, students and children who enjoy a relaxed, casual and enriching lifestyle of fun, joy, recreation and pleasure in Singapore.

  Great Location

  Location is absolutely great. Quiet, private and literally 5 minutes walk to Kembangan MRT, minutes walk to NTUC and lots of eatery options walking distance too. Units are ideal for professionals, couples and young family. It may lack amenities but makes up for it with all the convenience surrounding it. Close to a community service with loads of activities, 20-25 drive or MRT to the city, 10 mins to east coast park, 1 station away from Bedok Mall, 10 minutes to Parkway parade and I12 Katong.

  A nice place to stay

  I have been staying at Palmera East for the past 2 years. The apartment is so accessible to Kembangan MRT, eateries and NTUC . I also bought a bicycle last year and travel to East coast park during my weekend. I really love this place.

  Palmera East

  Small developement with a pool and a gym.Walking distance to mrt is about 5min. Enjoy the location and the quietness but not much facilities.
