  Residential area with a resort feel

  Nice and beautiful place with resort feel. Near amenities like Heartland Mall, Hawker centres, spa, NTUC, Cold Storage and the famous Punggol Nasi Lemak. About 10mins leisure walk to Kovan MRT.

  Palm Haven- resort @ home

  Love the place. Balinese feel and it’s transquility are the main attraction. Amenities are only a stone throw away. About 12 mins to Kovan MRT & eateries. Was residing at the ground unit and there is no issue of airflow of heat to the unit. Maybe mine is the further away from the carpark. So far so good. Love the peaceful and serenity feel.

  Palm Haven Review

  Be wary of renting or buying the ground floor apartments the carpark underneath has no airflow so the heat is transferred to the floor of the apartments.

  Palm Haven is an idylic Balinese style freehold condominum that is serene, peaceful and simply exudes the feeling of "being at home". Its ausipious 48 no. of units is just right for a friendly group of neighbours for communal living with luxurious facilities mostly available for all to share - swimming pool, jacuzi, gym, barbeque pits and etc. Palm Haven is also close to renowed International schools (French and Australia), minutes walk to Kovan MRT, and close proximity to all the famous food haunts in Serangoon estate, including the upcoming Nex Megamall.
