Excellent Location

Stay here for the location not the amenities. Orchard Road is the best amenity.

It is NOT a condominium

Don’t know why it is mentioned as a condominium. It is an open walk-up building (No lifts). The exterior look is of a very old low rise building. Not fit for people looking for condo life
